We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, we make returns and exchanges simple.
⏱️ 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
✅ Eligible for Return
- Unworn / unused items in original packaging
- Defective or damaged items (with photo evidence)
- Wrong item shipped
- Manufacturing defects
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
- Used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Personal care items (sunscreen, cosmetics) if opened
📋 How to Start a Return
- Email service@hkras.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will reply within 24 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address
- Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the RMA
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
💰 Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on the website.
